Causes of Unhappiness


The mind is the source of happiness and unhappiness. – Buddha

To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.

– The Weak (Those who lack the discriminating eye of wisdom. Those who accept religious beliefs passively. Those who experience great uneasiness when someone questions their beliefs due to their own limited understanding.)

– True Dharma (Banish Fear & Insecurity)

– Find out why you’re unhappy & analyze if hatred is key

– Mature Spiritually (Overcome uneasiness & dissatisfaction)

– Feelings (Produce Desire, Hatred and other psychological problems and it’s only half the story)

– Vicious Cycle

– Mistaken discrimination (Based on false projections of the mind which prevents one to perceive true nature of reality)

– Mental Conflict

– Circle of Dissatisfaction (Built in illusion, is Samsara fashioned within own mind)

– Self Analysis

– Such knowledge has the power to control unclear & involute feelings and to be released from the bondage

– Mindfulness (Examining a particular Dharma Point & practicing Deep penetrative Insight)

– No one can interfere with or disturb the Happiness you obtain from such wisdom

– Train oneself properly and you will never be separated from such bliss

– Look Inward & discover the pure nature of your mind
